Allow a portion of Unused Annual leave to carry over and accumulate over years to a specified maximum balance.

Calculate rate automatically when adding overtime

Currently, the rate has to be manually entered when adding overtime. This should calculate automatically from the rate entered under the employee details.

Accountant/Admin user role

Currently all users (as far as I can tell) are automatically added as employees. As accountants we manage payroll on our clients' behalf and need a user login that doesn't require us to be an employee
