We offer our employees 25 days of Annual leave.
A maximum of 5 Unused days thereof carry over and accumulate, never expiring.
The maximum balance of that accumulated amount is 30 days.
A way to implement that in your current policy framework is to allow the carry over of 5 days as you currently have, just specify a maximum amount in total that it can accumulate to, quite easy.
Currently we have to manage this with manual adjustments every single year which is really tedious.
